At Zavalla International, we believe the pieces worn closest should feel effortless, comfortable, and thoughtfully made. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for return, merchandise must be unworn beyond trying on, unsoiled, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached to the garment. No exceptions will be made. Sales on discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless otherwise noted in the product description.

For hygiene purposes, we kindly ask that all underwear and swimwear be tried on over your own previously worn undergarments to assess fit and comfort.

All returns are carefully inspected to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained. Zavalla International reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Evelyn & Bobbie

Evelyn & Bobbie bras may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Because these bras are designed to adapt and mold to the body over time, we encourage customers to wear them consistently for at least one week before deciding on a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know which item(s) you would like to return.
  2. Send all approved return items back using the provided return label.
