Returns & Exchanges

At Zavalla International, we believe comfort, confidence, and thoughtful craftsmanship should be felt in the pieces worn closest. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be considered for a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Complimentary return shipping is provided for approved returns.

To be considered eligible, merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unworn beyond trying on, unsoiled, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return unless otherwise noted in the product description.

For hygiene purposes, we ask that underwear be tried on over your own undergarments when assessing fit and comfort.

All returned merchandise is carefully inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards. Approval of a return request does not guarantee acceptance of the returned merchandise. Zavalla International reserves the right to decline refunds, exchanges, or store credit if returned items do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Evelyn & Bobbie Returns

Evelyn & Bobbie bras may be considered for return within 60 days of purchase. Because these bras are designed to adapt to your unique shape and become more comfortable with wear, we encourage you to wear your bra consistently for at least one week before deciding whether it is the right fit for you.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return request:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know which item(s) you would like to return.

  2. Once your request has been approved, return the item(s) using the provided return label and instructions.

  3. Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and processed if it meets the requirements of this policy.
